We are looking for a Product Researcher who is passionate about understanding user behaviors, market trends, and competitive landscapes to help shape the future of our products. Responsibilities

Market & Competitive Research

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Benchmark against competitors and evaluate gaps to find differentiation strategies.
  • Monitor crypto, DeFi, Web3, macroeconomics and fintech trends, as well as regulatory updates affecting the industry.

User Research & Insights

  • Design and execute qualitative & quantitative research to understand market opportunities and user’s needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Conduct interviews, surveys, usability tests, and A/B experiments to validate product decisions.
  • Translate research findings into actionable product recommendations that enhance user experience and engagement.

Product & Business Impact Analysis

  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to validate hypotheses with data-driven insights.
  • Use product analytics tools to measure product performance and adoption.
  • Track crypto market behavior and user financial habits to identify new product opportunities.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Present research findings in an engaging, data-backed way that influences decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure insights align with business and product goals.
  • Advocate for a user-first and market-driven approach in product development.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in product research, market research, research analyst, UX research, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Excel, or Python (a big plus!).
  • Proficiency in user research methods (JTBD framework, interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.).
  • Familiarity with market research tools (SimilarWeb, GWI, Google Trends, Messari, Nansen, or Dune Analytics).
  • Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Smartlook etc.).
  • Ability to turn complex data into compelling insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong storytelling & communication skills to present research findings in an impactful way.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and iterative product development environment.
