As a Data Analyst & Engineer at Mobee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our fast-growing platform by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize and drive the business forward. This role bridges the gap between Data Analysis and Trading, allowing for a comprehensive approach to data management, analysis, and optimization.

Data Infrastructure and ETL:

• Design, construct, install, and maintain large-scale processing systems and other infrastructure.
• Build and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Develop scripts and queries to automate routine tasks and improve data quality.

Data Visualization:

• Create dynamic and static reports using visualization tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reports meet business needs.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other teams (i.e. Product, Marketing, Trading, Marketing, Finance) to determine data requirements and implement solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support for data-related issues.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience in a data engineering role, with expertise in database design and SQL
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and management tools
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy, security & governance.

Highly Preferred:

• Certifications related to data engineering or analysis.
• Experience in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Innate curiosity on investment, cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and finance.
