Andrew Tjahyadikarta

Chief Executive Officer

As a blockchain enthusiast and crypto investor since 2020, Andrew Tjahyadikarta started co-founding Mobee in 2021 and serves as its CEO.

Before building Mobee, Andrew started his career at JP Morgan. After that, he spent more than 10 years in Global Luxury Hospitality as Co-founder and President Director of KAJA Group, also a Chief Marketing Officer of BUVA (Alila Hotels and Resorts). He has successfully brought world-class housing, gourmet culinary eateries by celebrated chefs, and luxurious entertainment establishments to Jakarta and Bali.

Jeff Pradana

Chief Investment Officer

As a crypto enthusiast and trader since 2015, Jeff Pradana built Mobee with his 15+ years of senior-level experience in Lehman Brothers, Nomura Securities HK, Barclays Capital HK, Korea Investment Securities.

He also managed Asia Ex-Japan single stock option and risk flow book. Managed listed product businesses such as market making in KOSPI Futures & Options and market making for Asia Ex-Japan single stock options in HK, Korea, Australia, and Singapore.

Geoffrey James

Chief Product Officer

After graduating from Cornell University in 2016, Geoffrey James has been in a product management role for the last six years, ranging from Fintech, Ecommerce, OTA, and media companies. Geoffrey James proved his skills by growing the Xperience product category in Traveloka up to 12x growth in terms of the number of users & revenue and created a back-office operations tool in Cermati that led to 8x processed applications.

Geoffrey is well-equipped to lead the product development team in Mobee. In his entrepreneurial journey, he created a gaming/esports media called SPIN Esports and currently sits in the top 3 in the industry. Blockchain expert and crypto investor since 2020.

Raymond Jansen

Chief Marketing Officer

Raymond Jansen is Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for Mobee’s global brand presence and marketing performance across all business lines and market segments. Prior to Mobee, Raymond worked for several years as Senior Marketing manager at Volcom where he oversaw all marketing efforts from brand strategy, digital marketing, campaign activations, and go-to-market executions. He was also a fundamental part of the digital business strategy that drove and guided the company’s digital transformation.

Prior to Volcom, Raymond spent almost a decade in the Netherlands working for notable brands such as Nike, Converse, Unilever, and FrieslandCampina, where he gained valuable experience and know-how in global brand strategy and marketing operations.

Metodius Anwir

Chief Operations Officer

With 18 years of experience in several industries, Metodius Anwir has established track records in the finance industry.

Before joining Mobee, Metodius started his career as an analyst at an advisory firm and an equity analyst at PT. Danareksa Sekuritas and PT. CIMB-GK Securities. Has experience as an CFO, supporting owner and top management in various industries. He was also an initiator of Cardano in Indonesia through PT. Emurgo Solusi Indonesia in 2018.
