We are seeking a skilled Rust Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions using the Rust programming language. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems programming, concurrent or low-latency systems, and be passionate about writing secure, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Develop and optimize high-performance, low-latency trading systems using Rust.
- Develop systems-level software such as back-end services, APIs, and performance-critical modules.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code with a focus on performance and safety.
- Design and implement resilient distributed systems that scale to handle large volumes of data and transactions.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and latency issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and correctness.
- Debug, profile, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Rust and related technologies.

Skills & Qualifications :

Experience with Rust's memory safety, concurrency, and ownership model.
Proficiency in writing idiomatic and performant Rust code.
Understanding of memory management, multithreading, and concurrency.
Experience with performance profiling and optimization.
Interest/Experience in building performance critical, low-latency, high throughput, distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with financial markets, trading systems, or algorithmic trading.
Basic understanding of market microstructure
Proficiency in Python , particularly for scripting and integrating with Rust.
Knowledge of other low-level languages like C/C++.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
